Bookends feature our original illustrations + quotes over a vibrantly colored patterned background of original illustrations of suffrage icons, including a "Votes for Women" banner and the Suffrage Torch of Liberty. Images are transferred to the front face of each bookend.
This is for a set of four wood blocks, each sized 3.5” wide x 5” tall x 3.5” deep. Each weighs a little over 1 lb. Bookends are packaged in branded paper sleeves. (To purchase a single iconic woman bookend, packaged individually, go here.)
Images transferred by hand to wood. Due to the handmade nature of our art, all images will have a distressed look (where the underlying white paint shows through the image), with slight variations on the amount and location of distressing. By its nature, the wood we use for our bookends contains various knots and imperfections. Not all bookends will be perfectly flat on all sides.
