Because most of our art is made to order AND crafted by hand, turnaround times vary by product type:

NOTE: business days are Monday thru Friday and do not include weekends or holidays. Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day are all considered holidays. Production begins the day AFTER you place your order.

Wood art and marble coasters are handmade and made to order: 10 business days to produce; 1-4 business days shipping time; TOTAL time: 11-14 business days.

Large Prints: 3-5 business days production time; 5-7 business days shipping time; TOTAL time: 8-12 business days.

All other products will ship within 2-3 business days.

All of our art is made by hand in the order in which it is received. Keep in mind that handmade art takes time. And unfortunately, we cannot force our image transfer process to go faster. If you need something same or next day, try reaching out to one of our stockists.

Because of the handmade nature of our art, we do not offer rushed/expedited production or shipping. If you need your order by a certain date, email us BEFORE placing your order and we will try our best to accommodate your request.


We offer flat-rate shipping in the United States:
     Orders $30 and under ship for $5.50.
     Orders $31-99 ship for $10.50.
     Orders over $100 ship for free.

For orders outside the U.S., shipping will be automatically calculated at checkout, based on the individual items you order.

We do not offer delivery at this time. Check back when our dream of owning a metallic copper, custom-branded, bad-ass cargo van becomes a reality.

We allow only one shipping address per order. One order may not be split up and shipped to multiple locations.

Yes, we ship internationally! International shipping rates are calculated during checkout based on the collective weight of the items purchased.

NOTE: Our items are on the heavier side, so international shipping rates tend to be high.


No coupon code needed. For local pickup in Memphis, once you get to checkout, click the down arrow next to "delivery" and select "local pickup."

NOTE: Your order will not be available for immediate pickup. When your order is ready, we will send you an email or text message with pickup instructions. PLEASE follow the pickup instructions and do not show up to pick up your order prior to contacting us, as we may not be available for pickup at that time.

When you buy 3 or more 8x10 art prints, large prints or ornaments, automatically receive 15% off each item.

Our discount for multiple pieces of wood art and coaster sets starts at a minimum quantity of 50 per piece and varies per product type. Contact us to inquire about your order.

The largest single panel piece of wood wall art we create is 9” x 16.” However, we can split an image across multiple pieces to create a variety of larger sized pieces. To order a large piece of custom wood art not seen on our site, contact us.

We currently offer gift wrap on select products for $5 per gift-wrapped item.

Gift wrap is not currently available for the following items: mugs, wood rounds, t-shirts, art prints, large prints.

Every item is gift wrapped individually. Unfortunately, we do not carry extra gift boxes to wrap things together.

If you purchase multiple items but only purchase one "add on" gift wrap, only one of the items will be gift wrapped.

We do not offer our artwork as digital downloads.

Custom Art

We add to our retro city skyline collection monthly, based on requests we receive FROM YOU. To request your city, submit this form here. We'll send you an email if/when your request is added to our collection.

Our state map designs with photos inside the shape of the state feature our original photography and cannot be customized.

Most of our home decor is only offered in the colors seen in the product listing. However, we are able to accommodate color requests for a few of our items. Contact us BEFORE placing an order to inquire about a custom color.

We do not offer additional personalization/customization for custom orders at this time. This means we do not add quotes, phrases or additional text on top of your uploaded photos.

NO. Images on the internet are the intellectual property of the original content creator. We cannot and will not make money using someone else's work. That is both illegal and morally wrong.

Images used for custom photo art MUST belong to you. Images with a watermark will not be accepted. If your images were taken by a professional photographer, you must have a photo release giving you permission to reprint them.

We prefer images with a resolution of 300 dpi. At minimum, images must be at least 1000 pixels x 1000 pixels.

Not sure what that means? To ensure your photo is the highest quality, upload the original, unedited, unfiltered, uncropped version of the photo from your phone or computer, not one downloaded, screenshotted or saved from Facebook or Instagram.

If the image we receive for your order is out of focus, too dark or bad quality, we will reach out to you via email or text for another photo. If you have trouble uploading a photo, contact us.

No. Upload the photo uncropped. We will resize the photo to fit on the art purchased. Make sure important aspects of your photo are not within a ¼ in. of the edge of the photo.

When choosing a photo for your custom art, keep in mind the shape of the art you're purchasing. For example, if you order a square 7” x 7” and send us a rectangle image, make sure grandpa’s face won’t get cut off when we crop it to a square.

When choosing what size/shape art to order, keep in mind the original orientation and composition of the photo you're wanting to use for your custom photo art.

If you're ordering something in a square but are submitting a rectangle photo, make sure nothing important in your image will be left out when cropped to a square. A family photo isn't the same without ALL the family members!

For bookend sets, unless there is A LOT of negative space in the photo, vertical/portrait orientation images works best.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not print directly on the wood and marble surfaces. Due to the handmade nature of our image transfer process, all images will have a distressed look (where the underlying white paint or marble surface shows through the image), with slight variations on the amount and location of distressing. This is a characteristic of ALL of our art and is what makes each piece truly unique. Returns and/or exchanges are not offered for this reason.

If you're still unhappy with your art and would like a refund, a refund (minus the initial shipping fee) will only be issued after the package has been mailed back.

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with a photo of the damaged item and shipping box (for insurance purposes) to info@getarchd.com. An insurance claim will be filed and a replacement will be produced and sent as soon as possible.

All sales are final. But we want you to love your handmade home decor and be happy with your ARCHd purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us within 7 days and we will work through it together.

As soon as an order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information, to the email that was provided during checkout. (If no email was provided, the tracking information will be sent via text message to the cell phone number provided at checkout). To track your package, please check your email for the tracking information, which will include the latest updates. We do not have access to information outside of what you can see on your package's tracking.

If you think your package has been lost in the mail, please email us at info@getarchd.com with your order number so we can proceed with filing an insurance claim. Please note: we are unable to file any insurance claims until 15 days AFTER your package had been mailed.

We are unable to accommodate replacing orders that are marked as “delivered” by USPS or FedEx. If your shipment status says “delivered,” but you haven’t received your package, you will need to file a claim with your mail carrier (click here for USPS or click here for FedEx). If you’re concerned about porch thieves, please consider having your package delivered to a different location.

We're actual sisters. Of course we fight. We bicker like the best of them, but then we make-up because eventually it's dinnertime and no one likes to eat alone.

No. Nope. Absolutely no mod podge is used in the creation of any piece of ARCHd home decor. We use a rather in-depth image transfer process, which you can learn more about here.

NOT from the internet. We use only OUR original photography and design to create our artwork. Every image transferred to wood and marble features a photograph taken by Kristen or a graphic designed/illustrated by Lindsey.
