TURNAROUND TIMES:

Does my order ship right away?

Most of our goods are not immediately available for shipping, as most are made to order AND crafted by hand.

For all handmade goods and large poster prints, please allow up to 6 business days for production (business days are Monday thru Friday and do not include weekends or holidays). Production begins the first full day AFTER you place your order.

Our "ready to ship" items (art prints, t-shirts and/or any product specifically labeled "ready to ship") ship within 1-2 business days.

How does shipping work?

We offer flat rate shipping in the United States:

  • Orders $30 and under ship for $6.50.
  • Orders $30.01-$124.99 ship for $11.50.
  • FREE shipping on orders $125 and up.

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Orders ship from our home studio in Memphis, TN. We ship via USPS, UPS or FedEx, depending on the most economical and timely option available to your shipping address. Shipping times vary anywhere from 1-8 business days.

For orders outside the United States, shipping will be automatically calculated at checkout, based on the items you order and shipping destination.

Do you offer local pick up?

We offer local pick up from our home studio in Memphis, TN. You can choose this option at checkout by selecting "Pickup" under the delivery options. Once your order is produced and ready for pickup, you'll receive an email notification with pickup instructions.

Can I pay to have my order expedited if I need it sooner?

Handmade art takes time. Since the majority of our goods are made to order, we do not always have stock on hand to ship immediately. And unfortunately, we cannot force our image transfer process or candle-making to go faster.

Therefore, we do not currently offer rushed or expedited production or shipping. If you need an order by a specific date, PLEASE email us at orders@getARCHd.com BEFORE placing your order and we will always try our best to accommodate your request.

ORDERING:

Do you offer discounts for buying multiple pieces?

When you buy 3 or more 8x10 art prints, large poster prints or ornaments, you will automatically receive 15% off each item. Discount will auto apply in your shopping cart. This discount cannot be combined with any other coupons or special offers.

Can I purchase a digital file and print it myself?

While we will occasionally produce free protest posters and make them available for temporary download, we do not allow digital downloads of any of our products.

Can I get something in a different color?

Most of our goods are only offered in the colors seen in the product's listing. However, we are able to accommodate custom color requests for some items. Please contact us at orders@getARCHd.com BEFORE placing your order to inquire about a custom color.

Do you offer custom illustration?

We do not currently offer custom illustration for individual orders. However, we are always looking for new people to add to our iconic women collection and welcome your suggestions at info@getARCHd.com!

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order or return my item?

Once orders have entered production, they cannot be canceled. We do not offer free returns or exchanges on our handmade and made to order goods.

My art as "white marks" on it. Can I exchange for a new one?

We do not print directly on wood and marble. Our art is crafted by hand using an image transfer process. We transfer our art directly from paper onto wood and marble via a gel medium, which absorbs most of the paper’s ink. The pieces are then scrubbed by hand to remove all paper residue, leaving behind the majority of the image. Yes, the underlying white showing through the image is part of the aesthetic. As shown in our product images, this imperfect look is intentional and is a characteristic of ALL of our handmade art, with variations on the amount and location of distressing. Returns and/or exchanges are not offered for this reason.

What if my order arrives broken or damaged?

Unfortunately, we cannot control your packages once we hand them off to our shipping carriers. If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days with a photo of the damaged item and shipping box (for insurance purposes) to orders@getARCHd.com, along with your order number. We will take care of filing an insurance claim and a replacement order will be produced and shipped out to you as soon as possible.

What if I don't receive my package after it's been shipped?

We include tracking with all our shipped orders. As soon as your order has shipped, you'll receive tracking info via the email or phone number provided with your order. We do not have access to information outside of what you can view via your package's tracking number.

If it's been 15 days since your package has been mailed and your tracking number has not been updating and/or you think your package has been lost in the mail, please email us at orders@getARCHd.com with your order number so we can proceed with filing an insurance claim and getting you a replacement ASAP.

We are unable to accommodate replacing orders that are maked as "delivered" by the shipping carrier. If you shipment status says "delivered" but you have not received it, please allow up to 24 hours for your package to show up.

If an order is returned to us as undeliverable due to a wrong address entered at checkout, we do require the charge of an additional shipping fee before reshipping your package.
