For our handmade art, images are transferred by hand to the front face of the wood. With this handmade process, all images will have a distressed look (where the underlying white paint or bare marble shows through the image), with slight variations on the amount and location of distressing.
By its nature, the wood we use for our art contains various knots and imperfections. Not all wood will be perfectly flat on all sides, but will still be 100% functional!
